Default Rangers of Ascalon Return

ROAR - A small community based guild with an active core of experienced and novice gamers alike is looking to boast it's membership core. We are a Kurzick Guild that is mostly a P vs E based Guild but we do dabble in some P vs P and are allied with a smaller guild the Vanguard Knights which is a P vs P based guild. We stress maturity within the guild and our average age of players is probably somewhere over the age of 30. We accept AVID, NOVICE, and CASUAL gamers alike. Our only requirements are the following

1.) To remain active on our roster you most game or be active within our forums at least once a month. Exceptions are made under certain curcumstances.

2.) We expect people to behave and act accordingly. We don't have any set rules for this and feel if you need to be told how to game with and act around others your in the wrong place and will be shown the door. We like to have fun, we are not elite players who bash new comers to the game, and we do not baby-sit other peoples kids on-line.

3.) Other then that we want folks to have fun, make friends and add to our community.

WHAT YOU WILL NOT FIND AT ROAR

1.) A sea of mindless gamers who only share a cloak and guild tag in common. Most of us are very helpful players and there are gaming friendships as well as real life friendships that have bonded and continue to make this small guild and alliance a special place.

2.) You want endless farming in the same area over and over ? Won't happen here. Do we do elite areas ? Yes.... but it's not something we do 24 / 7.

3.) Bashing of new players, elite attitudes, cursing constantly and unwanted antics you'll find from some gamers. Folks like that last about as long as it takes a guild officer to notice that behavior.

If your interested in a group of gamers that have been around togeather in GW for awhile and not interested in joining a gaming HUB or HUGE alliance ROAR might be a good guild for you. We wish to maintain a small community guild of around 40 to 50 players with a smallish alliance and are currently working on building that. We have about 1/2 of that right now and are always looking for other mature, fun folks to game with. If interested stop on by check us out and leave us a shout in our forums.

EDIT : I forgot to mention that we are actively seeking another Kurzick guild for our alliance. We are currently two guilds strong and would like to add the right third guild to establish the community. We are not looking for a HUGE alliance. What we are seeking is a smallish guild 25 - 40 members strong ( max ) and seeking to bring them into our community. The VK and ROAR share a joint forum board and we can accomadate and make room for another Guild if you require some forum space. We have found a joint board gives way to discussions and more interaction between alliances. What we want is another fun loving guild that we can add to our community. We are after more then simple alliance chat " hey anyone want to farm deathbringer ? or Anybody up for Fissure of Woe ? " We want a guild that is seeking to join or help build and sustain a small community of mature gamers.
