By Any Other Name [Rose], former top 350 team, is recruiting again. We got a few new recruits in the guild last month and things are going well for us, but find ourselves consistently short a player or two to round out our core GvG team. We keep having to guest people and of course you know, that never works out well.

We're a small, fun American guild looking to be moderately competitive and maintain a ladder position in the 400's.

We generally GvG on weeknights starting around 9:30 p.m. EDT and run about 4-5 battles a night. Currently scheduled days are Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday. If things go well, we'll move up to Sunday - Thursday.

Here's what we're looking for:

1 tactics caller (this position is desperately needed)
1-2 front line players
1 utility player or flagger

Here's what we're looking for as minimum requirements:

16 years old minimum

Open to playing many different builds and professions
Dedicated to building a fun guild
