We are a small new PVE guild (with a little PVP thrown in). The size is nice, because everyone knows each other and gets to know new people pretty quickly. In fact, we look for people who want to talk and team up with us. We don't want quiet, inactive people.

We have a wide age range: I'm 36 (and the Guild Leader), and we have others around my age as well. Then we also have people between 14 and 19, and a couple on the young side -- 12 or so. We have a wide range of experience in the game -- from the experts who can get you just about anywhere to those who have only been playing a few weeks. The important thing for us is that everyone behave maturely and respectfully regardless of age or experience. We don't like people who are mean or belittle other players. We're not big fans of braggarts. We're all about being helpful and cooperative. And of course we are there to have fun, too.

We have a hall and cape and lead a Kurzick alliance. (So far we are allied with only one other guild.) We have a few rules, but nothing too difficult to follow. For example, we insist that players respect others, whether they are in our guild or not. Another important one: We have a one week trial period for all new members, during which the officers and full members get to know you. If an officer can vouch for you at the end of the week, you are accepted into the guild as a full member.

Our name is Descendants of Shadows [DUSK] and my name in game is Simon C Tahlt. I play most nights between 10 and 1 EST -- a little later on weekends.
