New PvE alliance based on the principals and success of YoHo, info within!
 Brief introduction Our guild is called Pirates Of The Searing [YoHo], we are based in Europe with a smaller minority of members based in America and other countries. We are primarily a PvE guild (meaning we don't focus on regular PvP activities although these events are present within the guild). Our recent success in the Guild Wars world has lead to a change in direction; we are looking to start a new alliance lead by each member guild. Not dictated or influenced substantially by one power. How can this be achieved? Guilds...We are in need of like minded guilds with a firm infrastructure with regards to activity, members and common goals. What qualities are you looking for? Our approach to the game is fairly laid back and casual. Our idea of an alliance is not one of faction farming, a large number of members and owning outposts, but a community that can operate as one to help benefit each other whilst keeping their own identities as individual guilds. We are in need of established guilds with a solid member roster and leadership. Numbers are not important, be it 20 or 80 members in total; activity within these numbers is of main importance. We want each guild to be heard and have their say; not one or two larger guilds having dominance over anyone else. Therefore a quiet guild with few members and without much presence would most likely not fit into the framework we have in mind. What are the "common goals"? Without being too precise, our goal as an alliance would be to primarily have a good time. A variety of quality guilds would each have something different to give- this could be in terms of events, playing styles, imagination, knowledge, experience and so on. A personal goal of YoHo would be to establish such an alliance and be able to help improve and enhance other individuals' Guild Wars experience. Where do we go from here?
