SF is looking to help bolster its core roster with a couple of new folks to get us back to where we want to be and competative within GvG. Right now we're looking to establish clear weekend runs with the possibility of a couple of weekdays on the side.

A little background on us. We originally established ourselves in Guild Wars in the Betas and early retail. We originally played a game from Mythic called Magestorm - on AOL and Mythics own gaming service. Our foray into Guild Wars was largely successful, the tactical combat skills that were required in Magestorm went very well with us. We celebrate our 10th Birthday as a guild towards the end of the year. We have interests in a couple of other games currently as well.

Right now we're just 'off' the ladder, but most of us around have at minimum top 500 experience and a couple much higher than that. As a team I consider theres great potential, we just need a couple more to fill in a few gaps that have emerged. Right now we're looking for mainly PvP and GvG competent people. We know a lot of people out there don't have the titles to match their skill level, so as long as you show willingness to listen and learn, we should have a place for you.

So what do we have to offer?

We're a guild that isn't going anywhere. With such age we don't see ourselves collapsing overnight. We don't just offer a guild, we are a circle of friends, nay a family that enjoys playing together. We've had two offline meetings already, with big plans for our 10th birthday meetup. Obviously, we offer full forums for game and out of game discussions, populated Vent server, email services blah blah blah - you know the usual guff every guild has. We consider ourselves International, but we are biased towards the American timezones. Euros are more than welcome to apply if they can handle very late nights / early mornings. There are currently 3 active euros within the guild and core team.

To sum up - we're a non rage environment. Yes there is the time and place for criticism, and at times we'l be pretty blunt. However, its only as a spur to push people and make sure that we all improve as a team.

We're currently considering our PvP alliance options. We currently sit with our sister guild The District Nudists (who are mainly PvE/Casual PvP) - but we'l be working out something new shortly. If its important to know - we are Kurzick based, and although we AB from time to time, its not something we take all that seriously.
