Don't Choose between Quality and Quantity, GET BOTH!

Alliance has people of all timezones, so people are always on... always

American Nighttime: 1am-7pm (GMT) [The time range is 9pm EST (GMT-4) - 12am PST (GMT-7)] - Other played hours are good, but these are the most needed.

What we have to offer- Very large, active, and highly recognized "Elite Pve" alliance, with all players sharing similar interests. With that, you will hardly ever need to "Pug" for anything Elite Pve Related, since groups are gathered with ease in AC (Alliance Chat). Also have Vent & Forums which we share with alliance and GW videos (made by Witch & others)

SNOW's definition of Elite Pve: All things GW:EN (Vanq, titles, dungeons), All things HM, Elite Missions & Clearing Uw/FoW. Evidently most of these things encompass getting titles, so "title hunting" need not be mentioned.

Our take on "Farming": The farming we do is something that is a team effort, and is considered farming because it may be repeatedly, for the purpose of getting good, expensive drops.
Examples: UW/FoW clears, as well as Dungeons. (All done many times a day)
This is the most encouraged type of farming.

The Ideal Member- Is one who is Active, Friendly, Mature, & Experienced, but also has alot of Elite Pve goals. Participates in the Alliance Groups, and is flexible with builds. Those brave enough to START groups in AC are always welcome/recognized

What is "Kick-worthy" Regardless of experience, the worst kind of member does not participate in alliance. Or one with a chronic negative/critical attitude. Starting debates, giving your 2 cents into everything, no one likes that (Sure, help people out with builds and whatever, but make it sound friendly as opposed to criticism). Also, bigotry is never tolerated, including any jokes of the sort.

Choice of guilds - All guilds in alliance focus on "Elite Pve". Most of the allies are large... however, there is also a "close-knit" and selective (In a different way than SNOW) guild with about 50-60 people in which you must prove your skill to stay in. Make sure you know the rules - No Spamming/Begging and keep cursing to a minimal with NO vulgarity. Do not offend anyone!(No Racism, insults, etc.)
The worst of member is one with a chronic negative attitude - Don't want that! Make friends, not enemies!

Requirements- All new members must
A) Objective Reqs
1) Have some maxed titles (# of maxed titles is open-ended) & have HM Unlocked for all 4 games

2) Must have some goals...
Titles: Guardian, Vanquisher, Norn/Asura/Vanguard/Deld, Master of the North.
Elite Missions: DoA/Urgoz/Deep/Slavers
Clearing: UW & FoW
Getting Money!: For Obsidian Armor, Sweet Tooth title, etc. done by Farming, like discussed above (Repeatedly doing dungeons, clears, etc)
These are all acceptable and encouraged goals.

3) When you apply on the forums, please list your maxed title(s), and your "goals"

B) Maturity Req
You must also be mature, that is - Patient & Tolerant, and recognize that this alliance (and all good ones) go through continuous improvement, ridding the alliance of "bad apples" while holding onto good ones
