Who We Are
The Blitzers are a casual, relaxed and slightly crazy group of friends who play the game because we enjoy it and each others company. Many of our members are either working or studying full time and guild wars is a place to relax and have some fun. We are a mature guild, but have no requirements with age - a 13 year old can act more mature than a 40 year old. There are also no requirements for the experience/character level of members although you should be willing to learn. We allow a little, but not excessive swearing in the guild chat.

We are currently in a mature luxon alliance with values similar to ours, the alliance is euro based but usually has people online across all timezones.
The alliance is PvE based and has weekly PvE and PvP events.

We have a policy that real life comes first. Whether its a holiday, building a house, having a baby or boring things such as exams or a work deadline, our members know they have a group of friends waiting for them when they can play again. That does not mean you can stay inactive forever. In fact players staying offline for over 1 month without letting us know they'll be away will be kicked from the main guild and will receive an invite to the reserve guild from which you can contact us once you become active again.

We are a predominantly PvE guild, however there is often some alliance PvP teams being formed - not much GvG yet though.
We often use our own vent as well as that of our allies, however this is not a requirement for our members. It is often useful to listen to these for things like elite missions even if you don't have a microphone.

Over time our members lose their sanity.

Although most of us come from Europe many of our members don't fit into classic timezones as they play at odd times. Due to the broad spectrum of availability and playing times most of our important communication is done over our forums and website.

Amongst other notable achievements we managed to become Guild of the week last year!
