Professionals Anonymous [xxxx]

As someone who has been playing since Guild Wars debuted, I’ve witnessed the change from a once friendly, helpful, and positive community to the masses upon masses of jerks we have today. It saddens me to say that today I would rather play with heroes/henchmen than play in PUGs or even in many guilds. Professionals Anonymous [xxxx] embodies that old-school culture of adventure, free-spirit, and open-arms.

We are looking to recruit mature, friendly, helpful, open-minded, proactive and active players whom really love playing Guild Wars.

Some Fun Facts:
-Founded very recently, early August.
-We're Kurzick.
-Most members are Central/Eastern Time Zone.
-In a large alliance.
-We use vent.
-Forum use is strongly encouraged.

Members of Professionals Anonymous pledge to:
1. Give [xxxx] a good name.
Remember, on the back of every member rests our name, cape, ideals, and culture. All of the rules/pledges reflect back to this one rule.
2. Never violate the EULA or any of ArenaNet’s rules.
We are all here to PLAY Guild Wars.. Not abuse it.
3. Treat both guildmates and non-guildmates with sensitivity, compassion, and respect.
Understand that we all come from all sorts of backgrounds. But we are all here for the same reason, to have fun.
4. Show modesty.
Whether you’re rank 12 or own a stack of ectoplasm, remember… we were all new once, and there is always someone on the next step above.
5. Be grateful.
Be grateful for what other give you and be grateful for what you make for yourself.
6. Strive to better yourself and others.
Nobody’s perfect. Always strive to reach that next plateau of success both in-game and in real life. Always lend a helping hand to your peers because making your peers better, in turn, makes you a better person.
7. Be proactive.
We all joined this community to play with others that share our beliefs and attitudes. Therefore remember… PLAY! Be proactive in organizing parties for runs, games, events, all sorts of things!
8. Be open, but show maturity.
Remember to be open and honest to yourself and to others. However, please demonstrate this with a sense of maturity. You can speak and act how you want, but remember that your actions impact others.

Do NOT join Professionals Anonymous if you:
- don’t like Guild Wars.
- aren’t regularly active.
- don’t care about people.
- have a negative attitude.
- can’t embrace one of the pledges
