[Kids] is a laid back, Kurzick aligned, guild that has no strict requirements of its members. Originally we were a 1MIL faction guild with numerous active players, but lately more and more of our players have gone to pursue RL goals.
While the majority of our members still remain inactive, coming back now and again to visit, we continue to look for new active members. We are mostly PvE based, but we do participate in PvP such as AB, FA, JQ & ZE. We do not require that out members participate in any of the PvP aspects, nor do we require them to faction farm. If you feel like doing so, however, you're welcome to.

We do not have strict requirements. We require only a few things, as follows:

(1): Members remain active for at least one month after joining the guild. Inactive times surpassing one week within the first month of joining the guild without first informing an officer will result in you being kicked.

(2): Never, EVER, ask to be appointed to the position of an officer. Being appointed as an officer is a privledge, not a right. If I hear that you are begging for power, I will kick you myself. If you have someone you wish to guest or invite, ask the leader or one of the officers.

(3): Do not pick fights. If you are harassing others in the guild with the sole purpose of causing turmoil, you will be warned. If you continue your actions, you will be kicked.

(4): Members must be equal to or above the age of 16. The reason for this is due to the explicit language sometimes used within the guild and alliance.

(5): Above all else, you must be relaxed. [Kids] is not a strict guild. We do not enforce that our members act a certain way unless that way is disrupting others. If you are displeased with the environment, then I have one bit of advice: leave. If I find you insulting, demeaning or being cruel in any way to another member of the guild I won't hesitate to kick you.

(6): Respect all guild hierarchies.

As a final request, although something we don't enforce; we ask that members play at least four hours a day. The reason I say this is because I have seen some members leave for the sole reason of, "I felt left out."
When you join [Kids] you are joining a family. If you are feeling as if you're not being involved, perhaps that's because you're not involving yourself from the start. As such, I ask that members take at least four hours out of their day (during your play time) to get to know the other members and relax.
Once again, this is not a requirement.
