As Leader of Celestial Phoenix Guild and Alliance, I am now recruiting for the guild only. I need at least a few Officers that can handle a few responsibilities while still having fun in game.
1. Needs to uphold events weekly and/or daily,
2. Needs to be active (Yes real life comes first. Still can be active)
3. Needs to be active on forums.
4. Needs to be mature and understanding.
5. Helping out works well here.(We don't do it for you, we guide you)

Those are just some basics of what I need for Officer Material. Creativity helps if you have and also I listen to your ideas if I think it will go well with the Alliance. I need people behind me that know how to help Lead an alliance. Although I need to say this, I can pick out who I believe can be officer material so I will be interviewing those that think they are capable of handling being officer. Mature Adults we prefer that are like minded and not lash out. We have enough members, just need OFFICERS.
