Englands Elite Firm [oUKo]

History

The guild was originally created August 2009 by a group of people from Hey Mallyx [icU], We Have Loads Of [GEMS], and other high-end pve alliances. We do elite mission runs (DoA is our most popular)every day. Our guild had improved proficiency due to more active players and fewer players. We run many, many, many builds in many different areas.

What We Do

We do most of the speed clears in the game. Here is a list

Bogroots Sc (Manly)
Rragar's SC (Manly)
Frostmaw SC (Searing Spike)

Please Note: We also do balanced-way clears.

Recruitment

We recruit either by application or by running with you and recommending you to the guild. We generally don't hold over 25 members in our guild for performance reasons. If we like your application, we will generally take you on a trial run to see if you are sufficient level for the guild. We are an INTERNATIONAL GUILD. We play on both American and European times.

Alliance

We are currently building our alliance. We are looking for more Speed Clear or General PvE guilds. If you are interested, apply on our forums listed below.

A Trial Run
An application
A ventrilo meeting
Using the alliance (Our) forums. Guild Officers and Leaders must check it atleast once daily. We recommend EVERYONE checks it daily.
English MUST be the only language speaken by the guild in runs.
Experience in Elite Areas
Following OUR Guild Rules.
The guild does NOT have to have a personal ventrilo server, we supply an alliance server.

Our Guild Rules Are:

Do not give our guild a bad name. Anything you do in [oUKo] uniform will reflect on the guild as a whole. This includes: swearing, cheating, racism, sexism, religious bias, fascism and any other "ism" you know is offensive. This DOES NOT include failing runs. We understand people make mistakes, like everyone else should.
Hiding behind jokes to flame someone or someone's beliefs will not be tolerated. Please assume that the person your speaking to will be sensitive to the subject at hand and only one warning will be given.
If you have any issues with the guild or alliance please refrain from discussing over alliance chat. Any disagreements should be taken to private message or discussed on the forums.
Guild chat and alliance chat reqiure a certain level of maturity so that its not flooded with garbage.
WTS/WTB/PC are allowed in alliance chat as long as its asked in the form of a question. "Im looking to buy, Im looking to sell, or can anyone PC this for me" is what were looking for so that alliance chat is not flooded like Kama 1.
Ventrilo is required and mandatory for any of our elite runs. People who use vent regularly will have priorty over those who do not. Communication is key to having a good, clean, fast and fun time.
A member can be kicked for muliplte infractions of any of the rules or if the case is serious enough will be kicked upon a 3 officer majority vote on the spot. An Alliance Leader or Co-Leader (Not an Officer) can demand the kick of another guild's member if the case is serious enough. Generally, the guild leader of that player will be noted and the incident will be handled within their guild.
