Thumbs up Forever Angels[魔法天使] recruiting 2 KURZ Guilds

Just in time for the Canthan New Year festivities, a new alliance is in order. Forever Angels[魔法天使] is looking for like minded guilds to join us in an alliance. We are planning for a full alliance as soon as possible. What is like minded? Your guild should be:

Kurzick
Mature and Drama FREE
PvE but also PvP is liked
Highly active
Use Vent (either your own or ours)
Core of highly experienced players

We currently have 8 guilds in the alliance and hope to fill in the last two spots
Our guilds faction is ca 1.1mil. And the overall alliance faction is moving towards 2mil

Our Guild is mainly based in the US but we have a lot of people in Europe and even Asia. We are trying to build up an all round world alliance. Our guild has currently around 90 members.

Maturity is in terms of conduct - no spamming, flaming, abusive or politically incorrect type of behavior. While we will run with as few rules as possible, if you can't play nice you can't be a part of this alliance.

We seek mainly PvE guilds, but PvP is not discouraged. As an alliance, the goal is to have available players in numbers and experience to lead as much PvE as possible, which will include title hunting (including farming for Kurzick title, EOTN titles, and even Luxon title), high end areas (such as EOTN Dungeons, FoW, UW, DOA, The Deep, Urgoz), and both NM and HM Vanquishing. The alliance will also do general farming, Vanquishing, Z-Elite for Balthazaar, Z-Missions, Z-Bounties, Events, chest runs, some zone running and some mission running. Even sponsoring districts, such as providing ingredients for the Cantahn New Year, so our members get the most. The sky is the limit. The more we know, the more we share and teach each other, the better it will be.

Highly active guilds are typically large size. But if you have 30 members on every day then that is active. We won't tell you how to run your Guild, but we try to minimize those members that have not signed in for extended periods and we encourage you to do the same. Active means you say hello in Guild or Alliance chat and don't hear crickets.

Use Vent. Have as many members that are Vent capable as you can. Either have your own or ask to use ours. We have a 75 slot high quality Ventrillo server, so there is plenty of room. You will not be required to use our vent, but it is available, and certainly encourged to be used for large alliance runs requiring good communication, such as UW or Urgoz, or even GvG. At this stage I would like to thank Ice Slayers Clan [ISC] for letting us use their vent.

Why a core of highly experienced players? Nothing wrong with being new, we are all learning and always will be. Having a core that has completed all the campaigns, or is very good at some things, makes the basis for a Guild and Alliance stronger. Do, Show, Teach. More fun for all.

A note about Faction. This alliance has no intentions of running for House Zu Heltzer. If we as an alliance gain enough Faction to own a fringe town as the lines change, so be it, cheaper lockpicks. Having, achieving or maintaining high Faction is encouraged but not a hard requirement.

=============================

What we have to offer is strong leadership and commitment. A fun, laid back place with no drama. A place where you know the other guild leaders, and can concentrate on your Guild. Don't stop playing Guild Wars. Play it the way you want to.

You can drop me a message here on Guru, but I usually only check back once a day. Your best bet is to PM in game, in confidence, to "Angel Syou" or "Angel Ice Slayer" for more details.
