Before I even explain, I'll list my requirements:

We are Kurzick
Your guild must have at least 20 active and experienced members. This also comes with the responsibility of looking to increase that number.
Organization - you need to have your guild in check before you enter our Alliance, we have too much on our own hands with skill updates. We can't be responsible for what your guild is up to, so with that in mind joining our alliance with a balanced and ambitious guild is the way to do it. i.e. Hit the ground running.
If you are the leader, you must have vent. It's also recommended that your officers have vent as well.

Now that that boring stuff is out of the way, let's talk fun stuff. SoD is an experienced High-End PvE guild that does regular FoWSC runs daily as well as other Elite areas (keep in mind the skill update may be occuring as I'm writting this message, but the information I will place from here on out will be in accordance with what is known about the preliminary update already). So being guild that runs a lot of FoWSC, what the hell are we going to do now? Well, the leaders and officers of the allied guilds plus myself are going to be working on possible Team Builds in accordance with the skill update, but in the mean time we plan on running Physicalway in FoW to keep from running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Other than that members in the alliance take part in all sorts of action such as:
FoW
UW
HM Dungeons
FA/JQ/RA
Zaishen Quests
Hard Mode Missions/Vanq
Title-Hunting

How you know you'll fit in here: Do we take this game and our alliance seriously? Yes. Are we tight-asses? No, we like to keep it fun and entertaining while we kersplode mobs of enemies. If this sounds like you, perfect.

Our goal: To reach a level of versatility within the vast areas of High-End PvE. Most of us like to keep it interesting so we like to be proficient in many areas of the game and the more people that share that same quality the better the alliance will be. We want friendships and networking within this alliance. Respect and a sense of teamwork can make a huge difference within both your guild and our alliance.

As your Alliance Leader: You can know that I will be working hard on my guild as well as the alliance. My guild will remain active, large and experienced. I just ask that you take care of your guild in a similar manner.

What our Alliance will offer you: We have our own vent server. This vent server is Alliance based, so when you join you will recieve your own Guild's channel (if needed) as well as access to all of the other Guild channels within the alliance. SoD also has their own forum, so as the alliance grows (3 guilds total now) so will our forum's content which can be shared within the alliance.
