We're a pretty close group of friends who are into PvP; currently, we are in the process of recruiting more members to HA and GvG. We also AB, usually on the Kurzick side.

The guild is friendly and talkative; we like to get to know each other and can get pretty blunt and somewhat immature with jokes.

Our alliance has 8 guilds, currently. About 3 of the guilds AB, 5 GvG, and 5 HA actively.

Our players' timezones range from most North American, West European, and Oceanic timezones.

We are looking for guilds of American and/or Oceanic players, with similar mindsets and goals, to play with and organize activities outside of core playtimes. At the moment our alliance is disproportionately Euro, so we're looking to bring in some balance.

What we expect from our alliance members:

Most guildies are at least r3+ or have accrued 1mill Balthazar faction
Be active over alliance chat: our guild is a talkative and friendly bunch, we need people who are the same--who like organizing activities and playing with each other.
No raging: it's fine to trash talk others, but we don't rage at our own guildies/allies
Not too serious: we're not looking to play ATs or anything like that, but we still want to be competitive.
Guild members who aren't stupid: we need allies who know what they're doing and don't make obviously dumb mistakes; it's fine if your members are learning, but don't have them be idiots.
Guild members who can take criticism well: if your members are not that experienced, we expect them to listen to people who are; don't have them be stupid or stubborn because we're just trying to help them learn.
