Karuna Academy Page Join Date: Jul 2005 Guild: Everlasting Sacred Path [ESP] Profession: R/	The [ESP] Alliance has an Opening for One Guild Due to one of our member guilds becoming inactive we now have one spot open to allow a new guild to become a part of our Kurzick Alliance. Our web site and forums can be found here -- http://www.espguild.com Who we are -- As a guild, the Everlasting Sacred Path has been in existence since June of 2005. In our time we have been recognized as a 'Guild of the Week' by Arenanet, a 'Guild Wars Notable Guild' and we have done our best to continually play an active role in the Guild Wars Community. [ESP] currently has around 160 members -- thus, we take up two spots in the alliance. Players jokingly refer to these as 'The Attic' and 'The Basement' since one is at the top of the alliance roster and the other is at the bottom. We are a true PvX guild; hosting activities that include GvG, HA, balanced and speed-clear dungeons, Zaishen Quests, Winds of Change, and just about anything else that you could possibly want or imagine. We also organize a bi-weekly alliance meeting/giveaway and a number of large yearly events. In other words, there is no need to worry about a lack of activities. Allies are encourage to make use of our forums -- the link to which I posted above -- and all of our member guilds are welcome on our Ventrilo server. We are an international community, where players from all over the world interact together. While we are not faction-farmers, we are a large and active group and often find ourselves in control of an outpost on the map. Requirements -- Here are the general details that I look for when inviting a new member guild into the Alliance: -- Active for at least six months (longer is even better) -- -- Around 45 or more guild members -- -- Some way for your guild members to interact with each other outside of the game, be it your own forums, a facebook page, or voice chat -- These three requirements are not set in stone -- I will make exceptions depending upon the circumstances. However, I find that these guidelines tend to help differentiate between the guilds that are truly here for the long run and those that are going to lose interest and burn out. Aside from this, all that you really need is a strong desire to take part in events with your alliance-mates and the ability to interact positively with a mature group (mature as in we are all adults, and treat each other accordingly, even when doing or saying the most ridiculous and silly things.)
