Starting a guild is hard. I should know; I started 3 of them.

The 1st one's technically still going, but I was...umm...exiled after a very well executed coup de 'etat...or, I got a job, gave up leadership, and kinda left...it...for...

The 2nd one... well... I made it so my then-girlfriend could be in it with me. Soon after, I had a guild-mate in my then-girlfriend. 'nuff said

The 3rd one... the 3rd one is this one, and it was going well until I started a business. I wasn't able to log on so much...

SO, that brings me to where I'm at now. I want to rebuild this little gem, or at least build some kind of little gem into something awesome, like my prior guilds, and this guild too...at an earlier time.

I have a vision of meeting at least weekly to do high end PvE and PvP (and yes, GVG!!!), but all on a casual basis. Nothing crazy like most guilds who have these requirements and wait lists. I don't want to be a corporate entity in a video game. I'm already an anti-corporate entity in real life...

So here's what I'm looking for in an officer:
I want someone with vision and faith. I want someone who will stick with this guild until we meet our "critical mass" (the membership volume at which other potential members that join will do so based on the current membership...if that makes sense), and even afterwards. I want someone who doesn't get discouraged by an empty guild list (because that's essentially where we'll be starting), but who instead sees it as an opportunity to fill it with people who one would have an awesome time playing Guild Wars with.

In other words, if you want to change the way Guild Wars feels for you, and turn this experience into a whole new game, let's work together. I can do this for you, if you help me do this for others as well.

So, once I get in contact with two people willing to help me out, we'll figure out the minutia like "should we keep this guild or start a new one", what specifically I'll need help with, and of course, what's in it for you
