I am currently in a guild shooting for top 100 (currently on the ladder, pm for details), but i have serious issues with the 2 main "leaders" in my guild. i want to find something new because i just cant take it anymore

i would like to find a serious guild that can make top 150, but isnt full of people who:
a. don't understand constructive criticism
b. call a tactic then waste 30 seconds deciding if its good or not
c. rage after one mistake/loss

I am 20 years old and i live in california. i am currently a student and therefore have lots of open time to play gw. i log on daily and am available 4+ nights a week for GvG

I had taken about 14 months off from GW (january '05 - march '07) and therefore my past guilds are either very old or very new.

I have had top 100 experience with guilds such as: We Go Real[real], Henchies and Friends[hway], and Auric Might[AM] and i would most likely have been in [SnP] if i was active at the time. i would rather not say what guild i am currently in because of the already high tensions with certain members.

My Preferred Classes are Mesmer, Paragon, Assassin, and Necromancer. Mesmer is probably my best class and i say with confidence i am a better Mesmer and Paragon than those found in many top 100 guilds. i have experience with Ritualist and can backup prot Monk if needed. i REFUSE to play Elementalist. i just cant do it.

I am UaX @ 750k faction, would be closer to 1.75 million had i been active throughout the whole time.

My hero title does not reflect my skill, as i have focused on GvG. i can HA well but GvG is a higher priority for me and for the guilds i have previously been in.
