I'm looking for the following:

A decent sized guild with lots of folks online. I'm tired of being in small guilds with like four people online all the time.
A PvE oriented guild that plays hard mode, vanquishes areas, does elite missions, etc. I am not interested in PvP at all.
Luxon guild.
Mature members. Age doesn't concern me. I just want to be able to play with serious players.
A guild that understands I'm not online 24/7. I do not want to
have to feel obligated that I have to be in order to stay in the guild.
A guild with folks that play during 2 p.m. - 12 a.m. eastern U.S. time.

About me:

I have been playing Guild Wars for about two years. I've played through all the games and I also intend on purchasing GWEN. I haven't had much experience playing in elite areas such as DoA, Urgoz's Warren, Tombs or The Deep. However, I am most interested in these areas and will be most willing to learn anything you can teach me about them. I've had a lot of experience playing the Fissure of Woe and Sorrow's Furnance. (NM Only) I rarely find myself ever going to the Underworld, but I have been there a few times.

In reguards to hard mode, I've only vanquished about four areas from all three games and completed few Hard Mode missions. I'd rather play Hard Mode with real people instead of Heroes/henchmen.

I have a total of seven characters. (R,N,W,Mo,P,Me,Rt) I spend most of my time on my mesmer. She's the character I want to play on while participating in Hard Mode activities (Vanquishing, Missions, etc.)

I have been in two guilds since I started playing Guild Wars. Both were small guilds that never contained strong leaders and ultimately fell apart because of that. I'd really like to find a good guild with decent management.
