LF mature, active US Kurz guild - PvE/TS or vent/title-hunting/HM/dungeons

I am looking for an active and mature US PvE Kurzick guild with an active alliance. Should be a relaxed atmosphere and use teamspeak (or vent, I'm willing to switch) - I hate typing during missions  ! I would prefer an all-adult guild, but I've played with teenagers that are more mature than some adults, so I'm flexible in that regard. I'd like to join a guild where I will never have to use a PUG again  !
My current activities are title hunting (have 4 maxed so far) and EoTN dungeons. I also enjoy helping guildies and repeating favorite missions (like THK  )
I've been playing (alot) for about 9 months; I have HM in all 3 campaigns and GWEN. My primary character is a necro; I also have a lvl 20 mesmer, warrior, ele, and monk. I'm generally laid-back and friendly and don't mind helping newer players.
