Default Looking for active Kurzick guild

I am looking for a fairly large and active but easy-going Kurzick guild (not the kind that is OCD about how much faction each member accrues). I only have one L20 character at the moment after deleting the others to start over (they weren't too good anyway), and he's only really used as a mule for dyes and crafting materials I don't have space for in Xunlai, so I understand why many guilds would not really want me yet. Ideally, the guild should have a nice cape, too (I'm just that superficial), but that's not a requirement.
