Curse

Sorry about the dodgy thread title, but thanks for clicking anyway

I'm known as Spike, 24 years of age. I am looking for an English speaking guild (preferably British, but anything goes really) that is willing to spend time on bringing me back into the game, so to speak. I used to play LOADS of PvP, ages ago, when the way to the hall of heroes was still found in the Crystal Desert. I wasn't doing too bad, if I may say so myself, but then we moved and I had no internet for a few months (long boring story, I won't go there).

When I got back, Factions had been released and I felt completely lost. I spent a few weeks trying to get back into it, but I didn't really have the time anymore, so I left the game be for quite a while.

As soon as I heard of Eye of the North being released, I went to buy it, as well as Nightfall and Factions, and told myself I was going to do whatever it would take, to get back into PvPing. But with my mere 72 fame it turned out to be quite difficult, not to say impossible, to get into any parties, as they all want you to be of some high rank (vicious circle, anyone?). Buying every skill unlock pack hasn't helped me get anywhere.

My expertise lies in the front line. My favourite class has always been the warrior, specifically one wielding a sword, but I seem to do fine playing an Assassin or Paragon as well. I once was my every team's main target caller, but with all these new skills and professions, I'm kinda lost as to what to go for. So yeah, I need some 'training'. I'm not stupid and I still have my common sense, but I'm going to need to make alot of mistakes, so that I can learn from them.

Some random stuff you might want to know:

- I finished the Prophecies PvE storyline, but I'm not at all interested in PvE anymore now.
- I'm from Holland, my girlfriend from England (this implies I have alot of time for GW, as we don't see eachother very often :P)
- I have a headset, so Vent/Ts/Whatever shouldn't be an issue.
