Default Mature player Looking for Casual Guild

I just started playing guild wars for the first time as i picked up the platinium edition along with eye of the north since it was on special for 10 bucks and i'm looking for a laid back casual mature adult guild luxon based .

I am 28 years of age and am from ontario , I'm a casual player that usually plays 3 to 4 days a week and am looking for a guild that is helpful to new players uses ventrilo or ts and of course understands that real life comes first and what not
