I will copy & paste a guild application I made a few months ago as it saves me making a completely new one, so here it is:

PvE or PvP: Both, but want to get far more into the PvP side of the game

Characters: Ele, War, Sin, Rang

Experience: Have been playing for 13 months & around 1600 hours. I have 240,000 Balthazar Faction on my account. I have all campaigns + GW:EN & have completed them all.

Achievements: My best achievement so far has been getting the first rank of KOABD, although I hope in the future I can attain some PvP ranks/titles. I do have the first rank in the Kurzick Alliance title though

What You Are Looking For In A Guild?

I am a keen PvE/PvP player & having been inactive in a guild for so long now I'm getting quite lonely talking to just my hench & heroes haha. I want to be part of a community that helps each other out, talks to each other on a daily basis & has a laugh with each other. I'm looking for a laid back guild which doesn't treat the game as if it's their life, but can still be serious if the situation calls for it (e.g. UW/FoW/GvG/HA etc).

The thing that made me think "right, you NEED to find a decent guild to join" is the bonus HA weekend that is on at the moment. I am currently unranked (16 fame) and as I'm sure you can appreciate, it is extremely frustrating trying to get into a HA group without a rank, as many of them require you to be r5+. I am hoping that a guild will come along and help me to attain at least r3, so that it isn't extremely hard for me to find a HA group to get into. I am very open to any suggestions/help/advice etc & can run most builds provided they are of course shown to me first.

What Guilds Have You Been In And What Kind Of Guild Experiences Have You Had?

When I first started GW around a year ago, I joined a guild called The Sanctity Of Necros just to help me learn the basics etc but after a few months I decided to leave & create my own guild. One of the main reasons for this (and it may sound silly) was purely for the fact that I wanted to design my own cape. I made my guild "Magic N Metal" & became the leader. After a while I stopped wearing the cape anyway, and never really tried recruiting anybody into my guild except for my best friend & brother. As of now, my guild has a massive TWO players in it haha, which I'm sure you can appreciate is not really how I wanted my guild to end up. For this reason, I've decided to leave my guild & try my luck with another guild, so that as I said above, I can join a friendly helpful community of players.

I think that's all I can say for the time being, and hopefully a guild will come along & help me to get more into the PvP side of the game. Thanks a lot for viewing this thread & I hope to hear from somebody soon. I can answer any more questions etc if need be, so feel free to PM me & ask away.
