Default Looking for a PvE oriented Guild

First of all I'm Italian. So an Italian guild or alliance would be nice...but not necessary xD. I consider myself as a good player, even if I've never made a full UW or FOW run. My main characters is a warrior, r3 kurzick and going for r.4 with occasional Lutgardis HFFF runs (of course I run them myself). That's to say that I can maintain "save yourselves" up for about 30 seconds without any open spot. I'm also working on my Norn Rank, in case Ursan is needed.
I'm looking for a guild (or an alliance) capable of helping me with a few UW and FOW runs, because I've never tried one.

Let me know if you're interested and, in that case, send me an MP on guru.

Thanks for your attention.
