I originally played Guild Wars a short time in 2005 before leaving home for extended military training which prevented me from playing. Recently I decided to play GW again, and it has been very easy for me to learn the game mechanics, classes, build creation and team synergy. I have had some experience with this genre of games in WoW (high end pvp and pve) and Elder Scrolls IV. Even though I have only been playing a few months I am much more knowledgeable and capable than many of the veterans I have encountered.

I own all the chapters and have HM unlocked for Prophecies and Nightfall. I have been focusing on one campaign (including vanquishing, skill capping, mapping, missions, and quests) at a time with my main character, a warrior, while getting a heavy dose of low end PvP with various classes. Currently I have the following PvE interests: HM missions, vanquishing and cartography for everything but Nightfall content, completion of NM Factions and EotN campaigns, increasing Luxon/EotN reputations, and making progress in treasure hunter, wisdom, and lucky titles.

My playing time is ~20+ hours per week. I will generally be playing in the late afternoon/early evening during the week and various times on weekends depending on what's on the agenda. I'm currently on GMT -5 time. On a more personal level, I'm a 24 year old graduate student and military reservist living in the midwest. I have many, varying interests from computer games (RTSs, RPGs, shooters) to history to fashion to basketball. I'm generally an easygoing, amicable person, but my tolerance for stupid kids on the Internet is waning.

My primary concern with a potential guild or alliance is the amount of "group forming" opportunities available so that players with common goals/interests can play the game together. In powerpoint form I'm looking for a guild with the following qualities:

1) Large, active roster preferably both in the guild and the alliance for more opportunities of players grouping together.

2) Most of the members should be in the USA. It's nice to be in a guild with players that are within a few time zones of each other so there are more people to form groups.

3) Easygoing gaming environment with no or minimal bratty, immature kids.

4) Guild leaders that are involved and organized.
