Please read this old thread; most of its points are still relevant, but I'm prohibited from bumping it. I apologize for its strong tone, but I wanted to be clear that if you're boring or unfun, if you're uptight and rude, if you suck or do nothing, you're simply not for me, and I don't want to waste time.
