I am looking for people to start a guild with me. Here is some basic info

-Haven't decided on Kurzick/Luxon but we can debait it over.

-The Steps of power including their description in the guild will be like this.

-Leader-(Guild Leader) Highest command over the guild, must consider Council before making decisions.
-Council-(Officer) This is the highest rank other then Leader. When a member of the council or the leader wants to make a decision of any sort, the Council must vote. Majority will win.
-Member-(Member) This is the basic guild member with regular rights that most guilds have.
-Guest-These people will be changed into members after 5 days of being in the guild. Until then, guests cannot participate in Alliance Events, but can participate in guild events.

-Guild has not been created so we will decide on cape and guild hall after creation. Prices will be split in half to pay for.

What I want to do with this guild.

I want this to be a mainly PvE guild. Including..

UW/FoW
Urgoz/Deep
DoA
Vanquishing
Dungeons
Missions NM/HM
Questing
Farming
Title Seeking

I prefer people that are..
-Mature players, notice I said mature, age does not matter as long as you act Mature.
-Play Regularly
-Experience
-Live in America
