Found a guild

Personal

My name's simP, 24 year old Bartender and Software Designer. I've recently returned from a period of inactivity for real life reasons. Was afk for about 4 months, and lots has changed. I lost my spot in my old guild because of the fact. I'm a very easy going, laid back type of guy. Very interested in getting back into the current meta. Used to do lots of UWSC/FOWSC/Urgoz (sc + physway)/DEEP (sc + physway)/DoASC. Was a big dungeon runner (CoK,Vlox,Frost,Arach,Darkrime,Bogroots,Slavers,et c). My old guild prided themselves on doing most areas Physical-Way(not manly), with the ease and speed of a speed-clear. So I'm comfortable running, Manly-Spike, phys/balanced-way, sc's, whatever. I have fun doing all of it.

I like hosting scavenger hunts, collecting rare items (q8's, canthan's, old school's, etc), trading, and running elite areas.

I'd like to get back into the current meta, run elite areas, and basically just have fun, with experienced no-nonsense players.

Me

Extremely Active: 4+ hours every day, some days 10+ hours.
Experienced: Have been in some High End guilds and allys.
Versatile: Have at least one of every char class.
Advanced: All chars, have been played threw all campaigns and have most outposts unlocked.
Skilled: All chars, have PvE and important game skills unlocked
Age: Across all chars, have played for 45+ months 9000+ hours
Timezone: Eastern.
More active at night: 10pm-5am. days off, on all day.
Storage: Have multiple accounts.
Have working MIC and Vent and Reliable business class high-speed connection (No lag-outs)
Have all of my pubes and chest hair so my voice doesn't sound like a 12 year old girl squirrel.
Mature and respectful.

You

Must be LAID BACK.
Must be extremely ACTIVE.
Must be established. NO NEW GUILDS.
Must be in an established Alliance.
Must have a large member base.
Must have at least 6+ members on most of the day and night.
Must do multiple runs, multiple times of the day/night
Must do multiple types of runs, not interested in only doing MQSC every day for example. I like variety.
Must be considered high quality.
Must not recruit in Spamadon.
Would prefer a Kurzick guild, but lux is fine too. I can find someplace to dump faction either way.
Must have VENT, you cannot run elite areas relying only on text.
Must be organized.
Must be mature, basically I don't wanna be a babysitter for 13 year olds.

Summary
I have no problems teaching anybody anything that I know. But I really would prefer not to be in a guild where ally chat is full of how do i farm a totem axe type questions.

Player's age's mean nothing to me, it's not important. But you must be mature and respectful. I'd prefer everyone was 18+ but I don't mind the occasional kid as long as they're not screaming in the mic and constantly talking about pokemon or w/e the hell they do these days.

Also just want to stress the fact that you must be laid back. It's a game, and I enjoy having fun, not walking on eggshells and playing in an environment that feels like being at work.

Also, because of my work schedule I am more active during the night in the eastern time zone, usually 10pm-5am. So looking for a guild that's also active around that time. Two days a week I am active all morning and night. And the weekend I'm also online earlier than during the week.
