Looking for a guild to run high-end stuff with.

Preferrably US based with a very large alliance so that there are always high-end runs going on. Primary times are weekends and after 6 pm eastern (2300 GMT) till around midnight.
I do get on at other times, but usually at work and thus not really free to work with groups. Moreso to farm or advance a lower character along.

Quick list of stuff that may be important.

I have all 4 campaigns + bonus mission pack
My primary character is an Elementalist, and at some point, I would like to do pretty much everything on that character. (the whole GWAMM title and stuff)

I have every character primary class, although most are not what I would call "run worthy". But they are all there and if a particular class is desired for runs, I can take that character and have it up to where it needs to be within a week or so.

I'm interested in dungeons, hard modes, elite and challenge missions, etc. Not overly interested in pvp though, but I'll knock the daily zaishen out sometimes. Self sufficient in terms of money and income.

I have vent, I know how to shut up and listen. (I do have a mic too, but I don't have the experience at the high levels of PvE to say anything yet) Mid-20's.

I do not have any hard mode experience aside from the random zaishen bounty on hard mode. I also have minimal, at best experience partying with other people.
I have completed the Factions and Eye of the North campaign, currently in the Realm of torment on Nightfall, and in Augury Rock in Prophecies, all done heroes/henchies.

I do not care about luxon or kurzick, but control of a town and runs of the deep or urgoz is definitely a plus. I have no problem running with FFF groups from time to time either.
