Hi, my name is Zakkai Nightbringer. I'm looking to honour and serve the right Guild, because at this point, I'm desperate for some maturity in my guildies.

I keep joining guilds (only 2, actually) who specifically sell themselves as being mature and friendly. What I've found is that the Guilds were mature, but unfriendly, whilst their alliances were often very immature.

I hate this era of self inflicted communication issues. I really RED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GOing do, especially lazy spelling and having to explain very, very simple things to people who're incapable of understanding, whether they're too young and stupid or just using a language they haven't mastered yet, but will know every random nonsense acronym under the sun for every skill you've never heard of that sometimes doesn't even save time.

Why can't I find a guild with people who type English fluently and intelligently? It's easier to find a guild that knows how to run the Underworld backwards wearing blindfolds, and I wish I was joking.

What I'm Looking For

Mature Players - I'd like to join a Guild/Alliance with active rules that prevent really immature and underage players from ruining the place. Or just don't recruit them. I know it's hard, but I'm really getting sick of it. I want to play with people who actually understand that being mature is a good thing and something you do.

No VOIP Requirements - I don't mind if the guild has a VOIP, I just don't want to have to sit on it, turn it up and activate it to play. It breaks my immersion in the game and I don't really like being forced to talk with strangers over the internet. A lot of big guilds that I've loved the sound of have this as a requirement.

Common Human Decency - For RED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GO sake people. Should it be this hard to go a day in an online video game without someone Gay bashing? Without someone threatening to kill someone else over a pixellated disagreement? I don't expect the Guild Wars community to be this mature, but my own guild and alliance. Yes. It's a requirement for them.

No Activity Requirements - I have a life. At one point in it, I would join social events online rather than hang out with real people. The real people matter to me. It's nothing personal. I also play other games. This sometimes cuts into my Guild Wars schedule because I don't have 2 bodies.

What I Can Offer!

- I'm no saint! I swear, I have opinions, but I do bring my moral code, from the real world, online with me. I can't stand people being dicks because this is a game. Because they have more cyber gold than someone else, or because they don't. Because they're too impatient to wait 10 seconds, or 10 minutes for someone without throwing a tantrum. Patronizing anyone who doesn't know exactly what they're talking about and assuming they're incapable of learning.

- Experience. I've had an account since the game was launched in the EU, but I must say here that I haven't kept up to date with everything.

- Dry wit. Like wine, dry isn't for everyone, but it's just the way I was made. :3

- Loyalty and Devotion to the right Guild. Yeah, at 5 years into Guild Wars and only having been a member of one Guild I really liked, I find that pretty lame.

- Maturity and an endless quest to be one of the "Good Guys".

Hit me up if you think you got the guild I'm looking for. When it boils down to it, what I'm looking for shouldn't be too hard to find, but has so far proved totally illusive.
