Cool Returning player LF active guild

Hi

First, I'm on the EU timezone, and would like a guild with other players who are active on roughly the same.

What I want and what I can give back:
I learn fast, and I'm very good at whatever I do, if not right away, then within a reasonable time-frame of first starting it, and I would like to join a guild that is willing to help me get to top levels of pve and pvp, when I can then provide a return on their investment, and would like to continue that partnership into GW2. Nothing beats having good partners/friends in an MMO, and I am always willing to do my bit.

I've been away from GW for a long time, but I'm looking to get back into it in the run-up to GW2, with a strong focus on my HoM; that means I have quite a lot of statues to collect, and will be actively engaged in all aspects of the game this year.

My credentials, such as they are:
I used to play quite regularly with my cousins in CASH (old farming guild). Played some higher content, but my guild could never seem to make a concerted effort. Tried for Torment when my only level 20 was a Paragon, but they were quite new, and not yet in favour with the general GW population. Created a Monk, got to 20, and ran most of UW.

I did most of Tyria, and Elona, to Elite with NPC mobs, and did the rest with my cousin, and then did most of Cantha too before it became boring, and I stopped playing. Teaming with players was invariably easier and more fun, when they knew what they were doing, but sadly I got unlucky with groups most of the time, hence the above.

I never got into PvP, partly because of the whole random arena reqs, and team with noobness, and people quitting right after joining if they didn't roll in with friends, etc, and partly because I used to be a PVE-only type person. Recently been getting into PvP in other MMOs, and quite keen to do the same in GW on return.

What I'm up to:
I am currently engaged in catching up on where the game has moved on to from when I last played, and I'm away this weekend, but I would like to get on top of progression from next week (week of the 7th-13th March) and grow from there.

Thanks for taking the time to read this.
