Hello everyone. I'm Lord Mip and I'm looking for a Guild that focuses on GvG. I do not particularly care for HA or RA/Codex, just GvG.

What I am looking for is a Guild that is serious in its approach to GvG and active enough to have at least a fair amount of matches in the weekends (working day evening matches are also most welcome though). I'm looking for a guild that appreciates my input and match reflection, so if you are a Guild Leader/officer who thinks that regular members don't have a valid input or PvP knowledge I'm most certainly not looking for you.

My PvP knowledge mostly revolves around GvG matches around ~1000 rating. My speciality is Flagger, but I am also able to go Elementalist, Necromancer and to a certain extent Esurge (still need some practice on that though) I'm also trying to teach myself Ranger and more variations of Mesmer now. I also did some Split monk duty in my old guild so if your guild is really short on that I guess I could try and specialize.

I have Ventrilo, TeamSpeak and a working Microphone. I can micromanage others as a Flagger if needed, call out splits/collapses and defend the base, precast weapons, bodyblock, swap weapons, pretty much all the basic stuff. For more in depth things: I am willing to learn because I'm far from a great PvP player at the moment.

Regarding my activity and timezone: I live in the GMT +1 timezone, so European guilds are preferred, but I might be able to go with an East coast US guild as well if you play early. My general playing times vary a lot because of my studies, but generally if I play it will be between around 20:00 and 01:00 GMT +1, usually in the later part of that time. I can stretch my time a bit if the matches require that and we have a full team available willing to continue GvGing.
If you require a person that is available a set amount of days a week, then I will have to disappoint you. I log on pretty much every week but I can't guarantee I will be there every X day of week Y. I am available a lot in the weekends though so that might be perfect if your activity focuses on that time.
