LF Newbie Friendly Guild in GW1 to grow into GW2

I own all 3 campaigns + EOTN, and I spent the majority of my time in game thus far back when Factions was relatively new.

I have a lvl 20 Mo/E from those faction days, but given the demands on a monk, I'd need a bit of work to bring him back out (don't like being responsible for group wipes, but he was fun to play!). I also have a lvl 16 P/W in Nightfall. Obviously, my main interest in GW1 at the moment is to try to get HoM grind going and, if I can find a guild, have some fun with friends.

Out of game, I'm regular person who grew up a gamer and now likes to spend his evenings saving various MMO worlds from certain destruction. My primarily play time during the week is between 2000-2300 EST, and on the weekends, I tend to play early in the morning (0600-1000 EST) and during the evenings.

As mentioned in the title, I do need a bit of help getting the HoM grind going, but that's really secondary to finding a solid group to enjoy GW1 and take those relationships in GW2.

Voice comms (Vent/TS3/whatev) are super important to me, and if not required by the guild, I certainly prefer they be STRONGLY encouraged or at the very least very active.
