Default Redundant Henchmen are recruiting people for Guild Wars II

...

...
Redundant Henchmen is a newly formed guild for the upcoming game Guild Wars 2. At its helm lie Andrew (aypez) and Steffen (Cherin), both of whom bring a wealth of MMO knowledge to the table. They hope to use their experience to build up a strong, dedicated community of players ready to tackle the challenges that Guild Wars 2 will introduce.
...
Our guild was created with the intention of bridging the gap between maturity and enjoyment - creating a community of adventurers, crafters and explorers alike. We are all players who share a common appreciation and enjoyment of the Guild Wars world, both online and offline. Our aim is to provide a home for Guild Wars 2 players from the start and build our reputation, forge alliances and earn respect for our achievements.
...
We have created a page entitled 'Our Goals' for visitors to look at, and we hope that these will provide a clearer picture of what we hope to accomplish as a guild. We have already started to think about how we can provide this environment and we invite you to help us develop this further, as a community.
...
At the current stage of game development, joining our guild provides a fantastic opportunity to get involved with the community and begin to prepare for closed and open beta. We are hoping to build a solid foundation of members before the game launches so that we have a tight-knit guild and a good relationship with each-other. We would like to encourage all prospective members to check out our recruitment tab and say hello on the forums; we are a friendly bunch after all!
...

...
As a guild, we have to lay down some ground rules for those who wish to join. We don’t want to seem too strict or unfair, but having a set of criteria allow us to weed out those who we don’t feel fit in with the guild ethos.
...
A full reasoning for each of the following rules can be found under ‘Recruitment’ on our website.
...
Applicants must:
•Be at least 18 years of age.
•Have a good standard of written and spoken English.
•Reside within Europe.
•Demonstrate a good understanding of MMORPG games – Guild Wars experience is a big plus.
•Be mature and professional at all times.
•Be Active on forum regularly
•Be Willing to use our communication VOIP through Raidcall.

...
We may occasionally forego the age or location restriction, but this is only in circumstances where the applicant shows exceptional qualities in other areas. We do not recommend applying unless you meet the criteria listed above.
...

...
If you wish to apply to join the guild, please visit our website: www.redundanthenchmen.com
...
Click the ‘Recruitment’ tab at the top of the page and follow the instructions there.
...
If there are any individual questions or concerns, these can be addressed to admin [at] redundanthenchmen [dot] com or alternatively by sending a PM on the website.
...
We also recommend you to check out our alliance page.
...
We're still improving the site with new features and requests from members. If you have any questions, feel free to post them here or head over to our website.
