Just a reminder that you will need to take a team of 7, as one spot will be reserved for DVDF referee. So in this case it would need to be 7 rit spike.

if the team the ref is in is using vent/ts/etc., does he/she need to be on the vent as well?

EDIT: And if we have a guild group going but more people have signed up then allowed in the seven man party... can they sign up in another open slot as an independent team?

Hi, No the refs need not be on the same TS/Vent. They will probably be on ours to help coordinate the contest.

I dont see why you cant have another team. Maybe you could have in guild/alliance sweepstake to see which gets the better time

I think it is reasonable to give guilds the opportunity to have more than one team. The only issue that may arise from that is that larger guilds will have double the chance that smaller ones have to get the fastest time (if all other factors are similar).

Typically, the second team is usually the B team and is not as likely to get a record time as the A or "core" team. That's why I dont think this will pose a problem.

Each team's run should be fraps'd, then at the end the highlights of the event would be put together into one. That would make an awesome Guild Wars movie

Hey, Pirates Of The Searing [YoHo] may be interested in this one. Quick question, do all 7 members have to be from the same guild, I know there is 1 or 2 alliance folk that may want to join in or is it a majority? i.e atleast four from the same guild.
