Have a hard time believe either of these two are old enough to have acquired much debt Plus if they haven't even met in real life [doubt that they have] I don't think that getting married in real life was even part of the plan at all as of yet

I don't seem to understand why you'd care either way? Unless you're jealous. Stop being jealous. She's mine, you can't have her. (Ever)
I'd like to extend thanks to everyone who can actually respect our decision to have a wedding in game and am legitimately curious as to why those of you who are making fun of it even exude the effort to do so, as this event doesn't have any impact on you in the least.
Instead of spending time making fun of something that doesn't change your life at all, maybe you could spend some time finding an adequate partner for yourself.

They make fun of you and this event for the same reason you made fun of my friend for studying in computer programming for a degree. They find this idea stupid and don't know any better.

Have nothing better to do, and still have plenty of time to find a partner, but, you know, in Real life. And atleast I don't steal my character names right from games (Unreal championship 2 -- Has Empress Selket too)
Also i doubt I have a reason to be jealous of someone willing to marry in a game. Pretty sure there is a reason she is even willing to go through with this [uggo]

We wanna be a part of a heist, and there's something else we want, more than the heist, more than the sex, we'd love to have a monkey. A pet monkey. And people get mad; there's always that one anti-monkey guy in the area who's like, "Excuse me, I overheard you saying that you'd like to have a monkey, and that's a horrible idea. You do not want a monkey. " They're a monkey expert, and they start listing off all the reasons you can not have a monkey. "Let me tell you a few things, if I could. If I could just tell you a few things about monkeys. that you don't know before you jump to your conclusion. Ok, it's more than just bananas and dancing with toothbrushes, ok? First of all, they crap in their hands, and throw it around in a festive manner, in a celebration of monkey poop. They make faces that are unacceptable in human society."
And I hear these things, and I'm like, "That's why I want a monkey, all those reasons." I don't want a nice, little quiet monkey. I want an evil monkey, that I can dress in armor, give him a sword, have fights with him inside my place. How pumped would you be, driving home from work, knowing that somewhere in your house, there is a monkey that you are going to battle? That's awesome! You walk in. "AARRGGHHH (monkey noise)." "Monkey? You here? "AARRGGHH." "Where are you?" "ARRGHH, I'm in your closet." "Holy shit, you just talked!" "I know, I taught myself to talk." "This is incredibly odd." "I know, let's fight!" "OK."

I'm not sure I know what that means. But I'm pretty sure I like where you are going with it! Also, perhaps we could meet up behind the store and you could twilight my stallions moon, or whatever

It's just so funny. It's like watching a wedding where both groom and bride are plastic dolls controlled by a 8-year old boy. Stupid, but funny. It stops being funny when it turns out the boy really believes this.

I respect your decision and genuinely wish you both happiness if it's something you're both truly serious about, but this is coming from somone who insulted me in Kamadan because I wrote one piece fan fiction about Guild Wars? You have to see the irony here. Next time you decide to tell someone they have no life because they wrote a story about a videogame character (which was written in real life, and funnily enough you must of been sad enough to read it to know about it) I would suggest thinking about how it might turn around and shoot you in the foot one day when you announce to the entire community you're getting married in a videogame. Oh and for the record I don't hold it against you I just find it amusing considering past events.
As for everyone else, I can't speak for others but it's a lesbian in game wedding, did you really expect everyone to take it seriously on the internet?

You could have simply just PM your friends instead of trying to notify an entire community, half of which probably doesn't like you because of the way you've treated them before. Instead of wasting your time posting about it on a forum where the majority of the userbase either doesn't know you, doesn't like you, or doesn't care, maybe you should actually go and do something more worthwhile like actually pleasing your new found partner instead, and getting to know them better in real life.
I'm sure she would appreciate that more.

Careful there, Selket would believe that the name was stolen from her, as she claims about anyone else that uses the name Selket as a character name. Never would we have thought about using Egyptian mythology as a reference, no...

Mad? Nah, like I said I just find the current events ironic. I still wish them all the best for their future if it's what they really want in life.
English dude, english...
Now seriously, that's no way to treat the happy couple.
/facepalm
