It pleases the Queen to see that White Mantle enforcers are now making sure Kryta remains as safe as it has always been under Mantle rule. But we know there are still Krytans offering shelter to these Shiningblade bandits. Step forward and turn these criminals in, you'll be rewarded for your loyalty. Many Krytans now understand how dangerous these rebels are. Brave people such as Layman Josef from Bergen Hotsprings for example have stepped forward to help us secure Kryta. Mantle! Blade! Citizen! Be not fooled by the Peacekeeper. Some of those of the White Mantle have seen their heinous crime, and we do not wish to be part of the men who hire mere brigands and bandits to keep “peace” in the land. The Mantle are corrupt and have become blinded by their greed and their zealousness. But worry not! For the MantleCon shall not be! Our group is small, but we wish for peace, not war.

We are the Shining Mantle. We will continue the MantleCon to promote the true teachings of Saul! We shall not give in to greed or fall victim to those who wish to rule. We follow Confessor Isaiah no more for we do not believe he can be trusted – he may not be the one who hired the Peacekeeper, but he allows them to do what crimes they are doing!

We shall follow Salma, descendant of Doric, and we shall promote co-existence between Mantle and Blade. There are some of us who still worship the Unseen Ones, despite the allegations, but we hold no grudges to those who do or do not. There will be those who think Salma may be as incompetent as her father, King Jadon, but those who do are not out to dethrone her, but to help fix her mistakes!

We support Kryta. We support humanity. We are people of co-existence!

Down to the Peacekeepers! The truest threat to Kryta!

Golden Theatre
Fellow Reformers, before there were plans to have a play of the fall of the late Confessor Dorian. But the reformation calls for a new tale! The tale shall bring back the memory of the founder of the organization, Saul, and the memory of his teachings – the true teachings of the White Mantle, those which even the Shining Blade refuse to acknowledge anymore! To do such, we shall show you of the time when the founders of the reformation removed their veils of lies from their eyes!

But to do such, we shall need volunteers, for our group is still small. The roles are as follows:

A male elementalist
A male monk
A male warrior
A male and female peasant
A peacekeeper (male or female)

Costume Contest
The Costume Contest will, of course, be retained in the MantleCon. However, we will take this time not to dress up as the Unseen Ones, but instead to allow the new members of the Shining Mantle to create their own uniform idea. That’s right – design your own uniform for the Shining Mantle and we shall judge those we like. The top three will win prizes!

There will be, of course, limits to the uniforms. They must be of bright colors – preferably of white and gold – and the uniform must not have clashing pieces (that is, it needs to look good!).

Search for the Unseen
The scouts who were sent out do not yet know of the reformation, nor of the Peacekeepers even. I doubt many of them will come to our cause, but we can only hope for the best. It will be up to you, fellow reformer, to find the scouts and let them know of what has happened!

When you find the scouts give them this message:

"The Mantle lost its way and kills innocents, reformation begun, the reformers work for good of Kryta."

Golem Invasion
Despite having the reformation, it seems that the golems are still coming to the event. Unfortunately, it appears that we’ll have to fight before we can negotiate with the Shining Blade. The Golems, having no will of their own, will not turn back from their quest.

The Strongest Jade Armor
One of those who were given the ability to create a Jade Armor has joined us in our purpose. With her knowledge, we shall create a Jade Armor to combat the one that the White Mantle intends to create. What we'll need is as follows:

"1 stone of the Unseen’s greatest foes"
"3 inscriptions of a fallen god"
"1 dwarven hammer of a fiery dungeon"
"2 ruby eyes of a powerful caster"
"8 claws of a keen demon of Cantha"
"2 essences of a celestial being"
"1 book of a new god"

Side Activities
We cannot have a festival without the good ol’ side activities! We’ve refreshed this year’s organization with these, where before gambling was a mixture of trivia, rock paper scissors, and mime activities, we have separated all three. Along with that, we have organized vendors to sell ale, sweets, and party items. Don’t hoard them all, we only have a limited supply.

The cap is at five points and the prices for the vendors are as follows:

Ale – 50 gold
Sweets – 50 gold
Party Items – 75 gold

All of the information above is accurate. The founders of the Reformation (Konig, Thalador Doomspeaker, and Myself) formed this idea last weekend. Then, starting Monday, guru experienced its timeout issues from a malicious attack. This delayed Konig from releasing the information, as a result, the Official Page on the website was posted before Arenanet could be informed of the changes.

Everything will happen according to plan as has been posted by Konig on this thread.

I have a question: If the first post was April 1st, how could it have been "for well over a month" to have been at Maguuma Stade.

guildwars.com was notified when it was Maguuma Stade and not the Henge of Denravi, and the localization that takes place is too much work to change, especially at this point.

When the Peacekeeper stuff came out eight days after the event details was released (hardly even half a month, maybe a third), things were being changed. The changes were made quite a few days ago.

Its in the Henge of Denravi.

Also, an update of prizes:

Costumes won't win anything - same with tonics. You can use the headpieces though.

A hint for the scavenger hunt, and a bit of a reduction because of the time restraint caused by guru's server fail:

The demon line is about a claw - not talon. People have been confused on which I want between those. Also, I'll take no less than 4, instead of 8. More are always welcome though.

And another hint:
3 items are trophies (dropped from monsters)
the rest are quest items (found during a quest or given by an NPC) - note: not all quest items will say "Quest Item"
