The only thing I can think of is that he's refering to Firstwatch Sergio, the skills guy in Lion's Arch. Was this in a quest outside of LA?

Yeah that is rather out of nowhere. I agree with nyxnemesis that it could quite possibly be the Firstwatch. The first time I saw Claude say that, we were somewhere I think in the Maguuma Jungle, and we were fighting White Mantle. And to me that made perfect sense, and felt rather like a cool touch too, lol. But yeah in the Northern Shiverpeaks that doesn't have much to do with anything. And yes you're being redundant. Department of Redundancy Department redundant.

I'm starting to think that maybe "Claude" had his name changed shortly before the game was distributed, and the dialogue never got altered.
But for now I'm sticking with the disturbed necro story...

I don't think it had anything to do with the release of the game, as the henchies giving quips in explorable areas only came with the release of Factions if I remember correctly. On Wednesday April 26.
Therefore, Claude does know Sergio in all areas after Lion's Arch. And how does he know of him in the Northern Shiverpeaks and before? Maybe he studied in Lion's Arch before the Searing. And never fully completed his training under Firstwatch Sergio when the Searing happened when he returned to Ascalon City to assist fighting off the Charr invasion.

"Tell Sergio that Grenth sends his regards!". Any of you think of that?

I thought I'd been seeing henchie quips since long before that, but I could be mistaken.
Anyway, it still doesn't make much sense. Why would someone tell someone else to tell another person that yet a fourth person sends their regards? Usually you'd be telling them to send your own regards, wouldn't you? Maybe I'm just the odd one, but no matter what way you look at it, I think there's something not quite right about that phrase.
And GmrLeon, not to be rude, but what was the point of that? If you're trying to suggest I got the quote wrong, I didn't. If that's not what you meant, you've lost me completely.
Fred Kiwi, I think you hit the nail on the head

No,I wasn't trying to say you misquoted him. I was trying to say that maybe it went the other way around instead like Anet messed up on the message.
For future reference I would prefer it if you just call me Leon.

No prob,I understand that I can be confusing sometimes. Though I still don't understand exactly what Claude meant by saying that.
