I'm thinking it's Menzies. We've already encountered Elonians, and know some stuff about their culture, so I wouldn't be surprised if ol' Menzies and his Shadow Army from the FoW reappeared.

He'll probably play a part. but he isn't a god. He's only lvl 30. A god would be at least.................255?

He could be the god, actually. Admittedly in a weakened state, and if he shows up later I'd expect him to get his own model rather than a transparent Necrid Horseman, but still...

And the question should be asked: What exactly did he hope to gain by destroying the Celestial Essences? Were the ones his minions exploded actually destroyed, or was that their way of harvesting them?

There is you guys, like I think, I believe in Chapter Five we will be with the gods basically and playing a massive role.

All of us must know we're just living a book, and these chapters have someone doing everything. Eventually, say past Chapter Five, but just by a few, we will start reading a new book (and involving some of the same people.)

... i see Dhuum and Menzies teaming up to take over but in the "end" are

killed by something even the 5 true gods fear

we team up with the gods becuse they have no choice but to return to tryia, to reasembile the blood stone and use the amazing power to save the day

If you watched the beginning video after creating a nightfall pve character you saw some guy activate this six eyed stone head thing. Maybe something with 6 eyes like.

If you preordered (like I did), in the booklet you'll see a depiction of the Avatar of Abaddon (the name of the 6th god). It has a metal mask, six eyes as penguo saw, bladed teeth and tentacle-like hair. On page 6 (in my little booklet) there's a particularly awesome concept art picture. You find out the name after completing the second mission, Varesh says 'Praise Abaddon!' and they are mentioned more often after that by Varesh's general.

My impression is the last boss will be Varesh Ossa, in a Dervish form of the Avatar of Abaddon.

Oh yeah. I told you guys it wasn't gonna be Dhumm, but noooo
