Just wondering if anybody thinks this might have any significance in bearing some small information on the next chapter. It is from the end of the game...

It was during the whole sequence thing, so it could be just something Cynn would say, but I figured I'd draw your attention to it anyway.

I don't think we're going back to ascalon, though it would be cool to revisit some areas in a decade and see how things change. Bring back the pre-searing landscape! It was so pretty!

I think Cynn's just a sadistic little arsonist.

Heh, "Cynn the sadistic arsonist" Would make for a nice name, except that it exceeds the character limits.

I wouldn't think too much of it. Mhenlo says something with the same intent in the Divine Path. ( "It's time we headed home." )

Yet three years later we find them in Elona.

I laughed when I first saw Devona say that. So nice.

Reks is right, and Mhenlo mentions going back to Ascalon again when you finish Nightfall as well. So it wouldn't be anything to craze over.

three years is a lot of time. You could travel a lot in three years. They have map travel, the only thing that would limit you is the speed of your internet connection.

yeah the henchie/hero quotes can be quite humerous. i especially enjoyed rescuing Koss only to find him and a few othe NPC's dancing. in fact if you look up there during the battle he's dancing the entire time. with an occasional clap or cheer.
