There aren't any quests, apart from the primary ones, after you learn who the Mursaat are, apart from Sorrow's Furnace, the secondary profession quests, and the attribute points quest - none of which are connected to the Mursaat.
The general consensus is that they were on their own side. They weren't any friends to the Five Gods, but they weren't any friendlier to the sixth, either.

where is that sidequest about the charr? i'm at abaddon's gate and i havn't seen it yet, unless its in the realm of torment or something (i havn't bothered to actually adventure in there outside of primary quests).
back on subject, i think the druids would make good allies if CH4 took place in a jungle-like setting. it would shed a little light on their history and it would be interesting to see what kind of skills they would have.
also, the mursaat are against the titans because they can wipe them out, but are also against the player because the players are all chosen. the whole reason the white mantle was killing off the chosen was to keep the door of komalie closed so the titans couldnt get out.

The Forgotten have already helped out, I doubt the undead hordes of Orr are really willing to lend a hand. Minotaurs and ettins seem a bit slow. The White Mantle are pretty much gone, the Titans are supposed to have wiped out the Mursaat. The Stone Summit are still around, but after killing Dagnar in THK and posibly doing the quest in SF where you kill Stone Summit leaders, they probably aren't gonna be inclined to help us.
Who DOES that leave? Charr, but they're all crazy. Awakened armors? Aren't they tied to the Forgotten somehow? I don't even know if they're AWARE, or just tools of the forgotten myself.
My guess: Mergoyles. They seem communal, reasonably intelligent, and their territory in Kryta is just as in danger of being overrun by undead as the human kingdom is.

id really like to see us team up with ...
Heket ~ They DO speak, an it would be pretty, cool, just because everyone loves Kermit
Naga ~ We all know em, can be extremely tough (Jade Sea Naga...icky)
and they make great pets
Seers ~ We havent seen any of their race, id like to know more about them, and if the next chapter sheds light on them, it could be possible
Mergoyles ~ Seen ALOT around the Watchtower Cost. Some will know what i'm hinting at
Skree/Harpies ~ Logical, social, seem like a legit option in a future chapter

He'll make Work Choices which gives Players the right to sack enemies on unfair grounds, give the enemy a relentless horde of taxes, or make love to George Bush.

Next ally should be pretty obvious....either 1. Invader Chickens (but thats not gonna happen) 2. Renegade Penguins (not likely) or
3. E/mo 58 Gwen, Ruler of World :
Elite Skill: Hellfire "Gwen only : You Die. The End" 0energy cost 1/2 second cast time 0 recharge
the only way to live is Divine intervention spam....but no monk ever brings that but Zaishen Monk in HA ~
after/if you beat her ....she becomes a hero....and u have to fight lvl 1337 Abaddon...that has death nova that deals 5k dmg and puts all conditions on u....theres no way to win...but Anet finally got tired of pve...sry

oooooh, Naga! I want a naga hero now!
I think the seers were all but wiped out by the Mursaat, but obviously SOME of them survived (at least 2)
Skree Harpies? I honestly never thought of them as very intelligent. They seem less social and intelligent than some of the other races (Avicara and Centaurs at least got around to making clothing and weapons. Then again, so did the ettins...)
How about Yetis? The quest "Death with Honor" reveals that yetis are intelligent, have a sense of honor and familial obligation. They can speak, use tools, and HATE avicara (would be interesting dialogue to put a yeti hero in the same party as Talon )
Mergoyles are my "safe" bet, but naga and yetis aren't too far out there either.

Mergoyles havnt shown to be intelligent yet.
There are infact atleast 5 Seers, 1 in each of the last 3 missions, 1 in Mineral Springs and 1 ( the most well know one) in Iron Mines

noes! the plot would be that the mursaat lose their SA skill and you need to get it back for them from some evil overlord so they can kill people again.
Why would we ever listen to Mursaat?
The answer is cash.

Some of them may be the same individual multiple times, however. We see Shadow, for instance, in two places in the game - does this mean that Shadow and Carlotta have been cloned? Or is it just that they move between Denravi and Ember Light?
The reason people say there are at least two is that there are two variations in their appearance, which people assume to mean that at the very least the variation in appearance means that there are two. However, where the Seers have the same appearance, it could simply mean that it is one individual that is keeping up with the players rather than multiple Seers stationed around the place.

haha, the John Howard statement is completely true. I'd know, my dad's pay was cut because he did'nt give 24 hours notice to being sick...unfortunately he forgot to be clairvoyant that day
P.S: sorry for going off topic
