The irony is that my only post in this thread was intended to be helpful.

If being helpful is not allowed in this thread, the mods should just rename it to "The Story Behind Gwen (PEDOPHILES ONLY!)"

For starters, whoever you are, I acknowledged your posts once during this entire thread. This last one has nothing to do with you whatsoever. If you took what I wrote personally thats your problem. I didn't take a single thing in this entire thread to heart. I honestly could care less what some anonymous people on the internet think of me. I do however feel there should be a level of decorum in this forum and linking the crap from the first page was not it.

My main goal from page 1 was an NSFW and I got it. I am completely willing to let this all go, yet it keeps getting dredged up. Take your own advice from earlier on this page and move on. I will do the same and this thread can get back on topic. If you have any more $.02 posts feel free to PM me.

If you have been reading my posts, you should be able to understand my sarcasm by now. I don't need to put [sarcasm] tags when it's blatantly obvious.

Gwen and the entire mystery, as said, is overrated, and I'll leave it at that. Most likely the mini-mission will be some escort quest or something...

I assumed that was a typo, as it would be relatively pointless to ask about Gwen's appearence in Nightfall when the expansion is being released in two months.

You are really a jerk!! (now I have resorted to name calling, Sorry everyone )

As for the OP post, I dont belive Gwen will show up in NF, unless of course the Kick off event is in NF then maybe. Something like the earthquake occures and in the state of distress gwen appears from her captors and finds US the heros and takes us to the rift from which she escaped and off goes the story.

I have a feeling though if that is the case, she would appear in Tyria or the shiverpeaks first not in Elonia.

I also hope she is not just another Mesmer hero. I hope she is a Mesmer Hero with and intrigal part in the story alot like Koss.

Sadly, I agree. Probably an escort to get, oh, some flowers? Maybe a Tapestry Shard?

Because it seemed (at least to some of the players..myself included) that the Gwen items were supposed to be part of a quest that was never fully completed or added into the game if it was completed; that is why some of us are interested in what happened to Gwen. These items left behind made us speculate that Gwen had an important purpose to the game. From there, it took on a life of its own.
Whether you like Gwen or not, at least something is being said about what happened to her.

Honestly, I just hope there is some use for Tapestry Shards and Preserved Flowers.

I mean, they wouldn't have added Preserved Flowers to Nightfall if they weren't going to use them, right?
