Palawa Joko
I really like saying his name and putting exta "la" at the end of his first name. Do you think Palawala Joko will return in GW2 with his army and a full blown assault?

So far all we've heard about GW2 is that it just ties into Tyria, not Cantha/Elona.
However, Elona (or part of it) may be added later on in GW2.
Plus, if I recall "The Movement of the World", Palawa Joko and The Mordent Crescent (the traitorous sunspears who work for him now) have settled into the Crystal Ex-Desert, and that IS part of Tyria, so...who knows?
I hope he returns though. Best villain who's not the Lich.

I hope they have just one huge map this time, and you just add new locations to it with mission packs

Having one huge map would be nice, but if you think about it then when you zoom out the map would be huge. The change would be bigger from the Tyria before and after the EN map update. So what I suggest would be a map for Tyria+Elona at least since they are right next to each other.
About Palawa(la) Joko, I think he will make an appearance in the game, even if he just shows up in a quest/quest chain. But, I do not think he will have much to do with GW2 itself. The absolute most I think he will be in GW2 would be dealing with the Desert Dragon in the Crystal Desert. Liked your add-on to his name btw.

From what ive read (which may or may not be cannon although it very highly could be as its written by one of the developers) it Seems Joko will be a serious threat in Gw2, although he may or maynot not appear in the initial game whens it released (depending on how Anet is going to do expansions for Gw2) when the land of Elonia does become playable he is going to be the big bad.

If I recall, all he did to Elona was make it bow to him. He didn't raze cities or enslave people, it's just that now he's the big boss man.
In which case, Elona is still very nice and cultured.
I hope that's the case, Elona was awesome.

Palawa Joko lead an army through Elona and made his palace in the Desolation, technically the Desolation is part of the Crystal Desert, and since GW 2 takes place in the future it could very possibly have a different map which includes his Bone Palace and their is viable chance that he may be a key villian in any or all GW2 and expansions

But the biggest Question is, How do you kill him, since he can't die, we would need to stick him 10ft under again with magic or something.

Considering the extent of the threat that the Ancient Dragons display, I sort of doubt he'll be an enemy. Do keep in mind that he keeps a living army made up of the descendants of the Ossa line alongside his Undead one, so he isn't completely evil.
To clarify, the Desolation and Crystal Desert, while connected, are two distinct regions. At any rate, he makes the new seat of his throne in some part of the Crystal Desert that is now greener due to the diverting of the Elon to it.

You are either looking at it that way, or the even better possibility...
"I knew your greatest grandparents when they saved the world, they where fools to have done it. Yet, here there blood is before me after all of this!"
He could be placed in a predicament where the Dragons threaten him and he becomes an ally (again.)

I don't say he is evil, just power hungery. Wanting to rule/have power doesn't mean that the person is evil, it just means that people won't like him. Also, unless I remember incorrectly, the Crystal Desert, and the Desolation, become greener for a short time because Orr rose and the tidal wave also hit the Crystal Desert.

If he is an ally again, I will be both glad and sadden. I would love to fight Palawa Joko, but I also don't really want him out of the game for good.

What about all the people you talk to, after crossing the sulfurous wastes, who tell you about how Palawa promised them this or that, and ended up enslaving them, or granting their wish, but in a twisted way that actually served his purposes? Sounds pretty evil to me.
He seems to be evil in a "Ming the Merciless" kind of way - not in a "I will destroy the world" kind of way...

Palawa Joko... power hungry, ambitious, willing to stop at nothing to achieve his goals. My kinda guy - in a story sense. Whether you call him evil or not thoroughly depends on your own moral code. However, whether or not he's evil, he still provides a large amount of possibility as both a villain and an ally, depending on the needs of the story.
I, for one, hope to see a lot more of him in GW2 - whether it be in the initial release or added as an Elona based expansion / mission pack / whatever.

I want to fight him to see his true power (moreso than the wells he casts in Nightfall), but I don't want him dead - he's too awesome.
How about he escapes at the last moment or something?

You're remembering incorrectly, although what you mention is a possibility as a result of the wave. Palawa diverts the Elon to make an inner section of the Crystal Desert green and builds his throne there. As I said before..
