Mursaat Boats
Took a screenshot of this when I was helping a friend out a few weeks back. This is in the Abaddon's Mouth mission on the Ring of Fire. Right next to where you find Leah Stone, at the harbour of the Mursaat base, are these strange contraptions on racks.
Anyone who has been to a marina or a sailing club would find those rack look kinda familiar. They are a common way for them to store small boats. These jade boats look like wicked jetskis.

They may look like boats, i agree on that, but they are not. Pretty sure.
Mabye they were transporten on water that way we see them here, but i don't think so. Mabye on a bigger ship then.
Seen the stones hoovering above the bloodstone in it's mission? They provide a surten force to the stone and are iconic for the mursaat to use.
And they are the same as in the pic.
That's just a storage, untill they can be transported and used on magical places.
They can be seen here: http://gw.gamewikis.org/wiki/Bloodstone

A kwest in Kaineng might shed some light on these. Apparently a canthan boat crew was hired to transport mysterious cargo from the Ring of Fire to Kaineng. As you follow the kwest, it becomes clear that the cargo was made of -...
Meh, I don't want to spoil.

*sigh*
Those are Soul Batteries!
Know the floaty jade things around the Bloodstones? When the Mantle killed Chosen, their souls were transferred into those contraptions.
The Mursaat then transport them to the Ring of Fire, where they are connected to the Door of Komalie (you can see em at the end of the mission) - they use their power to keep the Door of Komalie shut.
Also, I always assumed the Mursaat borrowed the White Mantle's ships - sadly, jade doesn't float too well.

Not only do the Mursaat float and use real boats, but they have those teleporters, one of which is how we get to the ring of fire islands. As it has been said twice, they are soul batteries.

lololololololol, GUYS!
These are no way a mystery neither these are boats, this thingies are in reality speacial devices that capture the souls of the "chosen" killed in the jungle on the bloodstone, this why these things hover over the stone, they basically capture the soul, get taken from there on ships and transported to the islands were they are used as batteries which possibly give mursaat some power and keept the door of komalee shut for good till lich lord used the scepter to drain all the soul's energy from these "soul batteries" and open the door, after, the immense power stored in the lich lord's soul was used to close the door again for good and now acts like a new "batery", I think im right.
