Try the largest the health bar can get. And about the Asura theory, I do not think that it is from the asura, as they were not thought of until at least Utopia was being made, even then its skeptical. It is possible there was a portal inside. But considering there are already portals to the Mists on Tyria i would presume they wouldnt go to all the trouble to find a new one.

Yeah, but those arent easy to get to. Galrath might have wanted an easy way to get to the rift. Also, if it is Odran's tower, theres gotta be some research on how to open up a new portal. So, Galrath wanted to travel across the worlds like Odran did by opening up a new portal that only he knew about.
P.S. about the Rift. If Odran could travel across worlds, why are there no portals to other wolds in the Rift?

There could be portals to other worlds in the Rift. We haven't explored it all, only (parts) of three realms (FoW, RoT, UW) and the Hall of Heroes. The Rift, for all we know, could be endless, and there could very well be other worlds that have portals made by Odran. We just can't know.

I expect in GW2 they will use this excuse to allow players to change realms (world shards, as they call them) because otherwise it doesn't make sense.
Odran must have made portals to other dimensions.
