I cannot find this place, Marhan's Grotto, on the map for the life of me. The reason why I am looking for this place is because I want an elemental skill that I cannot find - Aftershock. It says on the skills page here at Guru's that I can find this skill there but I cannot find the place.

If anyone has any info concerning where I can find this skill either by questing or through purchasing through a trainer I would appreciate it!

Marhan's Grotto is a Post-Ascension town, takes a while for most people to get to even after ascending.

If you're in the Crystal Desert, you can try capturing the skill off a Sand Drake boss in Diviner's Ascend. Start from Elona's Reach and go directly North East. At the very north east corner of the map you should find the Sand Drake boss and you can capture aftershock off of him. He uses it a LOT so you have a pretty good chance of getting it in one try. He hangs around where the Eater of Souls is, also where the Sand Wurm is.

Are there no quests to get the Aftershock spell? Thanks for all the other help if nothing else comes of this though, I really appreciate it!

Real fast, where is the Marhans Grotto town? You said it was post ascension... but where? I am well past ascension now and am looking for that town.

It's south of Thunderhead Keep in Ice Floe, based on the map. I don't know if you can get there without doing the missions to get to at least Thunderhead Keep. It doesn't look like there are any connectors.

This is in the southern shiverback mountains, btw.
