Avatar of Dwayna *Possible Spoilers*
At the sanctum or whatever takes place of Ashford Abbey after the searing, now has a ghost Avatar of Dwayna. She mentions a donation, however, the only thing you can say is goodbye.
Has anyone else noticed this? Have any idea what she is for?

the Temple of Ages is an area with all 5 statues of the Gods that you can kneel at and enter the "super dungeons". Dwayna is one of them, but only Grenth and Balthazar work at the moment. I don't think the other three are finished yet, they will probably put them into a later game update.

the statues in temple of ages will send you to verteran PvE area...
statues outside in explorable area will give you 2% morale boost or a regen buff depending which one you pay.

Has anyone been in front of her with Gwen's flute? It's the only thing I couldn't try since I didn't have it. She mentions something about, "is there someone you wish to dedicate this donation to?" and that's it.

Level based??
Perhaps you have to be a certain level for it to do anything?? Like one person mentioned, I only get one response option to her asking if I have something special in mind for an offering, and it's goodbye. This is the Avatar of Dwayna in the Sanitarium.

I was standing next to a level 20 last night and it wasn't doing anything for him/her either. I dunno.

More information: the avatar of Dwayna has also appeared in Serenity Temple, as has a Watcher of Melandru (who resembles the Druids from the later Maguuma missions).
This effect is not universal, i.e., it happed in the American districts, but these manifestations of the gods were absent from the International districts when I switched to them; perhaps these are related to the "favor of the gods" we hear so much about?
Do we have anyone here from the European or Korean sectors who can check on their manifestations?

I tried this, at the images of Melandru and of Dwayna in Serenity Temple, when America had the favor of the gods this afternoon.
There was no discernable effect.

A giant spirit appears near Melandru's statue,Melandru's Watcher, and a purple face next to Lyssa, Lyssa's Muse, Avatar of Dwayna for hers, Voice of Grenth for Grenths, Balthazaar's Champion, etc.

I think that some are not exactly understanding the source of the questioning. Many of us have either heard, seen or even been to the levels opened up by gods when your region has their favor. The issue here is that these gods are appearing at different places than they originally appeared at, in addition fo the documented places. SO, we are wondering what the significance of the gods at these locations are.
Of course kneeling has been tried by many people, and maybe the "blessing" isn't implemented yet, and it will be activated by kneeling once it is in place. However, at this point it is not known.

Yes, I saw Avatar of Dwayna in Serenity Temple one time and she didn't have anything interesting to say. Next time I was there she wasn't there anymore.

I've seen the Avatar of Dwayna at Sardelac Sanitarium and Melandru's Watcher at Serenity Temple. I did try a /kneel for Melandru, I couldn't tell that anything special happened. I suspect that they're still working on this stuff.

You obviously don't understand the nature of statue.
When your region has "the favor of the gods", ie holds the HoH, /kneel before a statue, anywhere in post-searing, in any town or EA (don't know if it works on ruined statues).
When you do so, the god's avatar appear.
Now, in towns, only Balthazar's and Grenth's avatar give things (transport to FoW/Underworld). The other avatars only give bonuses in EAs.

That's the point we're trying to figure out how to get those bonuses. So far the ones outside of the Temple of Ages don't seem to do anything.

Does anyone know if the bonuses differ from one god to another?
I found the Grenth Statue in Ascalon Foothills just near Yak's Bend will give Dwayna's Blessing (50g) and Morale Boost (100g).
