Gates of Kryta bonus bugged?
I've been through the gates of Krtya mission several times, and got "Oink" to follow me to the villager guy, and then the thing popped up saying I needed to find the Orr Histories in the shipwreck SW of the village, but it never did anything to my log book, and I never saw any shipwreck or anything on the beaches...
Am I just looking in the wrong place?

Ok, from the big bridge you cross after town you need to get down to the water on your left, keep heading inland away from where you came, eventually you'll be in the river in a canyon, follow this along till you get to the ship. The Book is in a chest or something there, beware, on your way back with the book you will be attacked by Spirits!

Which direction would that be from the little town? North? Could you post a pic of where it is exactly?

I'm at work at the moment so I can't post a pic or check directions, but possibly the quickest way to get there, when you leave town as normal (to do the mission) after walking through the gate hug the left wall. This should dump you into the water, up ahead you should be able to see a canyon, head that way. When I get home from work if you haven't found it I'll go get better directions.

A few days ago some guildmates who had been through the side quest before were trying to help others get it and said it didn't seem to be working anymore.
You might want to do a /bug when you're in position and it's not working...

If you've been through the mission this many times, maps shouldn't be necessary. After you leave the town and you're down on the beaches, you come to some soldiers and two short bridges that lead over the water. Right at the edge of that bridge on the right is a path that leads down to the water. Go down there and hang a left to go under the bridge. Continue walking along the water inland and you will eventually see a chest next to a shipwreck. Use Alt or Cntl to help see such things.
As mentioned, be careful on the way back as the spirits can be kind of nasty with some chain lightning. Then you just back-track to town and deliver the book to the dude.

I never had the bonus mission added to my log book as well. I also found that the directions he gave were erroneus.
But at least the mission is do-able and you can get the XP and the second sword
To get to the shipwreck, head toward the Justicar's location but KEEP LEFT!! You'll see a small path that heads off to the left that leads down to the water and takes you through the water to a shipwreck.

The mission is kinda long, and strange having to go around the beach so much that people question my leadership ^^

I've got a sneaky, easier way of finishing the mission. Did it solo with henchmen as well. Maybe at some point I'll write up a walkthrough for it.
