Good grief... I decided I wasn't going to do anything else until I completed this mission. I did the first catapult, ran north and took out the two Charr patrol (affectionately known heretoforth as "mangy beasts"), launched the second catapult and it killed 2 Mangy Beasts, and that was it! Voila! Praise Dwayna I did it!
