If you're starting from Sardelac then just go straight North into the Breach and you won't miss it, it's pretty linear (note: once you get out of the breach you have to swing a bit to the East.)

If you're starting from Ascalon then perhaps you shouldn't be worrying about Piken just yet, but regardless, Northwest will get you to the Breach and West-Southwest will get you to Sardelac...

Errr i come to a gate where there is a sign saying the breach...but the guard standing there says its too dangerous to travel beyond and he wont let me pass

there is a second gate further along the wall

by this time you should have already died at least once

i dont know if it will open on the askalon side

edit

you will need to find the stairs by the fire to go on your way to picken square

free tip

if you have henchmen along actually look at them to be sure one hasnt gotten hung up on a sign or something and is not there even if he shows up on the party bars
